Reach out

Hello. Welcome.
I'm happy you're here.

You probably opened this page because you feel like you want to change something.

Not urgent. But you have the feeling that something is off.

You can't explain it logically, so you're not even sure you're right. Because if you think about it: actually, everything is great.

Or?

Nevertheless, you opened this page.

And trust me: you are right. I know exactly how you feel.

01Some words about me
Eva speaking on stage at SaaStock
On stage, SaaStock

I'm Eva. I'm 27.

I scaled a SaaS to over one million in revenue and raised a mid six-figure round. I co-founded an agency, took it to its first million within a year, and hired twenty people. I started my first business at fifteen, because I understood how Instagram works: grow an audience, monetize it. Alongside all of this I studied computer science and finished my master's in machine learning. I have an IQ of 155.

Sounds great, right?

But what I didn't tell you:

  • I nearly died when I was twelve.
  • I nearly died again when I was fourteen.
  • I was sick for almost ten years.
  • I was bullied in school.
  • I've had more than ten surgeries.
  • At 23, I had a burnout with panic attacks.

And you know what: all of these things are exactly what made everything above possible.

But I don't think anyone needs to learn it that hard way. Because my whole life, until the turning point, I fought against myself and for myself.

I thought: if I reach X, then I'll relax and finally feel good about myself. I thought status, money and being successful would be worth it and make me happy.

Spoiler: they didn't.

02What took me 23 years to understand

My brain is my biggest strength. And my biggest weakness.

My logic was so strong that it ran 24/7. And you cannot think and feel at the same time. Talking about feelings, analyzing them: that is logic. It is not feeling. I was describing the water without ever getting wet.

To win at life you need both, logic and intuition. Call it yin and yang, call it masculine and feminine energy, call it whatever you want. To make the best decisions, you need balance.

Because in the end, what matters most is people. Everything in life is relationships. What makes you happy is relationships. And still, we live in capitalism, and to build something, to make an impact, you need the logic part too.

So yes, this was a very, very long intro. You see: this page is not conversion-optimized at all. On purpose. What I offer, I cannot sell to you. If I convinced you with logic, it would not work.

The reason is simple. You don't need another coaching. You don't need more logic, more talking.

You need to feel. Because that is the part standing between you and actually enjoying the life you built.

03The bees

Why is feeling so difficult?

I always explain it like this. Imagine a situation triggers you, and your emotions come flying in like bees. If you let them come, if you just feel them, it is like bees flying through an open glass. They fly in, they fly out. Done.

But most of your life you decided: nah, not now, no time for this. That is like catching the bees in the glass, closing the lid, shaking it, storing it somewhere in your body and acting like it is not there.

Doodle: one person overloaded, full of closed bee glasses, next to a relaxed person letting the bees fly out of an open glass
ten thousand closed glasses vs. letting them fly

Do that ten thousand times, and you carry ten thousand glasses of bees in your body.

And that is why feeling feels so dangerous now: opening up means facing ten thousand glasses at once. That is scary. The longer you refuse to feel your emotions, the harder it gets. And the more you disconnect from your body.

Your body is not stupid. It sends you signs:

Your body is trying to tell you: hello, we need to feel. HELLOOO.

But you think: I just need more control. Push harder. A better plan. Hit the gym, eat healthy, stay structured, make money, then I'll feel better. The more structure, the better. Logically it makes sense. It is the wrong turn.

I ignored this for years. I had a plan, and logically everything made sense. Until I burned out.

Want to go deeper? Every Sunday I publish one article about exactly this: feeling, the brain, and how to stop closing new glasses. It's free, and it will help.

04The root cause

Why do we actually stop feeling?

This is the interesting part. Because I don't work on symptoms, I start at the root cause: the moment you first decided, no, I do not want to feel this.

Here is why. Only about ten percent of your mind is conscious. Ninety percent runs unconscious. When you go to the bathroom, you (hopefully) wash your hands automatically. Try changing that with willpower alone: you would need to be present and in control every single time, forever. Really hard.

The easier way: go into the unconscious mind, back to the first situation where the pattern was learned, and reprogram it there. Then the change happens automatically, without pushing harder.

No pain, no gain is bullshit. No pain, a lot of gain is the truth.

So that is what we do. We go back to the first situation where you started to unlearn how to feel. Where you unlearned how to send yourself love. Maybe the situation where you learned there is nobody to protect you, so you have to solve everything alone.

05The fear behind the fear

"But what if I lose my drive?"

Maybe now you think: the way I am got me this far. I don't want to change it. What if I lose my edge?

I get you. I thought the same.

But let me explain. The point is not getting rid of anything. The point is being free. That you can decide.

Back to the handwashing, because it is easier. Washing your hands is automatic, and that is useful. Nobody wants you to unlearn it. But imagine you couldn't NOT do it. That is not a skill anymore. That is a prison that looks like hygiene.

That was me with performing. I couldn't not push. I couldn't not solve. I couldn't rest without earning it first.

The only thing we do is turn off the autopilot. You become aware of what you are doing, and you decide.

Everyone wants to be happy and free. But most people get freedom wrong. Freedom means being able to actively decide, in every moment of your life, what you want to do.

For that you need money and the external things, sure. But you also need a strong, sharp mind-body connection. Otherwise you can have everything on the outside and still sit in your own prison, on autopilot.

These techniques changed my life. From complete autopilot to one of the most resilient, strongest people I know. And because I can now combine logic and feeling, I am extremely good at helping you do the same.

06Working together

Connect. Release. Integrate.

I mostly work in a focused process of three sessions. The tools: breathwork, qigong, and brainspotting, a method from trauma therapy. But I will not give you a fixed agenda, and there is no need to prepare.

The only thing I need from you: the feeling that you are ready and want to try it.

3-Month Integration

€8,000
  • For deeper work, when you want support while things are shifting in real life.
  • Regular sessions over three months.
  • Ongoing access and support between sessions.

Since I run Scripe full time and do this on the side, I take on one person at a time. So there is a waitlist.

One thing, honestly: if you want to tell me how bad your life is and stay in the victim role, I am not your person. I would become part of the problem. The people I work with are already far. They know their worth. They just want to reach their full potential.

PS: If you feel like you know someone this could help, feel free to send them my mail or this page. I never advertise, because the timing needs to be right. And that is nothing I can decide. It is something the person needs to decide themself. <3
